Getting staff on board

Need to work on this slowly, at ours and their pace, and on appropriate levels.
PD ideas

• 3-5 minute spots at whole staff meetings:-ideas, links, demos offer afterschool pd once a month
• start with what they know: digital cameras, images, resizing for email and online use, manipulating etc
• commence projects with students that are simple and can be completed in individual classrooms (check out technospuds)
